Pacific Alaska salmon has been caught wild in the abundant, icy waters of Alaska, hand filleted and then smoked over slow burning native alder wood, consistent with the centuries-old traditions of our region. The result is a moist, flaky, fully cooked smoked salmon, quite different from Nova style or "lox" with which many are familiar and unlike any other smoked salmon in the world. No refrigeration required.
